Hollies has an acre of beautiful landscaped gardens with roses and camellias featured in garden tours. A small citrus orchard provides guests an opportunity to pick their own fresh fruit for breakfast.

On awakening enjoy a leisurely breakfast, healthy or indulgent. Freshly brewed coffee and juice (from our orchard in season), muesli, fresh fruit, croissants, toast, homemade marmalade, jams and tempting cooked dishes. We use fresh local produce when in season. This is often served al fresco in the Garden - a specialty in the summertime.
