Due to Hollies accommodation being small cancellations affect us significantly

Hollies cancellation policy.

This policy ensures payments or deposits are retained only if the room(s) are not able to be re-let.

  • Refunds are made less a 5% bank administration fee deduction.
  • VISA/MasterCard details to secure booking. 50% charged to card up to three months before occupation date
  • Balance charged upon leaving or upon not turning up
  • If canceled within 7 days of booked date(s) full amount charged unless re-let.
  • If canceled before 7 days of arrival, 50% deposit is charged.
  • 100% is charged for a no show.

For bookings without VISA/Mastercard, a cheque or cash deposit is required upon booking.
